The approach to teacher training at Landau Forte College Derby means that you will be part of our organisation from the start, working closely with mentors, tutors and students to build your expertise at a pace that is right for you. Each trainee has a personalised training programme. The programme is adaptable and flexible and is designed to meet the trainees needs as they develop.
