Year 6 had a very busy first term. In school we have been working hard to continue to meet the challenging expectations for all Year 6 pupils across the country in reading, writing, grammar and maths.
This term we will study what life was like during World War 2. Focussing on how and why the war started and the effects it had on people’s daily lives.
At the end of this term we will be performing our own version of ‘Bugsy Malone’ on Monday 8th, Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th April.
Please continue to support your child’s reading, spellings and times tables at home; it really does make a huge difference to their progress.
