We are looking forward to welcoming back our Year 6 children from this coming Monday, 8 June!
As you will be aware, academy life will be very different from before. Our staff have been hard at work over recent weeks to ensure we can still offer a high quality education while keeping our children protected, and therefore we have put into place a number of new measures to ensure a safe and hygienic academy environment.
Our utmost priority is the safety and wellbeing of our children and staff. This has been the driving force for the measures we have introduced. We have taken, and we will continue to take, every precaution to keep them safe.
We have redesigned our classrooms and facilities around the Academy buildings to allow for social distancing. Along with other measures, we have also installed hand sanitisation stations in every classroom and we perform rigorous cleaning of the Academy on a regular basis. You can see photos of these new arrangements below to give you a better idea of how this will all work.
Although the Academy day will be different as a result of these arrangements, we want to reassure you that everyone at the Academy and across the Trust is committed to ensuring our children continue to have the very best experience they can. Our mission to ensure the best education for every child is still the same, and we are so excited to start welcoming our children back!
If you do have any questions about our new school arrangements, and how this affects your child, please do get in touch. We’re always happy to help!
